Alternative Dispute Resolution Law

“Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison” Matthew 5:25 (KJV)

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provides for flexible adaptation of industry-specific, geographical and contractual expertise in dispute resolution.

Arbitration is a preferred ADR solution for several commercial entities due to the privacy accorded away from the litigation processes, expeditious resolution of disputes that yield client satisfaction, cost effective solutions and opportunity for innovative approaches.

Mediation is particularly preferred by parties in close relationships such as families, for the same reasons as Arbitration and its further reduced adversarial nature. Cliff Oduk Advocates seeks to explore the suitability of these mechanisms with clients towards attainment of amicable dispute resolution.
